Right lower abodomean pain
From last 30 days i feel mild lower right abdominal pain. When I consult a General Medicine doctor, after physical exam he prescribed some antacid etc... He said physically I am fine. No need to worry. For routine purpose,he advice a USG(W/A). In usg report it is mention that TERMINAL ILEUM AND CAECUM ARE MILDLY EDEMATOUS,THE ADJACENT MESENTERY ARE DIFFUSE THICK AND HETEROGENEOUS..No appendix visible. All other part are normal. After that i consult a General surgeon. He prescribed me Antibiotics Cefuroxime 500 for 7 days. But mild pain still exist. Am I suffering from some serious d isease?I feel panic now.
