Right Lower abdominal pain(above groin)
I have been getting lower abdominal pain just above the right groin area since about 6 months. This isn't a sharp pain, but a dull and continuous pulling sensation. This sensation is more pronounced the day after i masturbate and decreases in a few days but never completely goes away. It's back again when I masturbate again. I had gotten an Ultra sound done for the abdomen. The only diagnosis was "Subcentimetric lymph nodes noted in right iliac fosa". Please suggest a further course of action.
