Right lower abdomen pain.

Asked for Female, 14 Years

I am facing pain in right lower abdomen.My ultrasound report says i have small follicular cyst in right ovary & no POD collection noted.also there are few small RIF and mesentric lymphnodes are seen. What does it mean and what kind of treatment it needs?

Hi good evening Thnxs for your question Don't worry Simple follicle cyst is normal finding. No worries about it But mesenteric lymph node enlarged is not normal finding. I think u should consult surgeon regarding pain in abdomen.
