My mother(46) met with an accident 5 days back. She has been discharged now and during discharge she has been diagnosed to be suffering from RTA- Poly trauma and Head injury with Right temporal bone fracture with right LMN 7th Paresis, rightclavicle fracture & multiple rib fracture. She's not able to move right side facial muscles. The doctors have prescribed physiotherapy for now. Will it get back to normal? Is a second opinion required? (Also she has high BP and is not taking medicines for it.)
