After Caesarean delivery there is risk of developing blood clots in legs or lungs, so if pain is there in one particular leg then need to consult a doctor as soon as possible to do relevant tests to rule out blood clots in legs. It might turn up to be normal and pain may be due to other reasons but serious ones should be ruled out in the first place.
