I had an injury in the gym, about a year ago doing a leg workout, I didn't hear a pop or anything, I felt very stiff the next few days, couldn't bend over, pain got really bad to the point that If i wasn't in a certain position laying down, I would be in severe pain. I healed up after about 3 months, but the pain came back 2 days ago, and I literally have to be facing down in bed without moving a muscle to be pain free. I know this should be checked out in a hospital
