Knee pain in runners is common. The cause of pain could be anything starting from incorrect foot wear, faulty posture while running, inadequate thigh muscles endurance, rubbing of joint surfaces to each other, etc.
Next Steps
Apply ice pack after every run. You will need to visit the Physiotherapist for detailed examination and correct diagnosis.
Health Tips
Use good quality foot wear used specifically for running. Please tie the laces tight enough to support your ankles while running.
