Right incision area pain 2 years pp

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi, I had undergone c section 26 months ago.. Until last 5 days, I had never felt any pain at my incision area.. Now I am getting sharp pain at right incision area and also it's bit swollen.. I could feel like there is a lump. Could you tell me what to do
