Right hand severe pain

Question

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Severe pain started from right arm pit and extended to elbow central side in 5 days time n then extended to wrist on dorsal side in 7 days time. Unable to stretch and raise my hand. Pain is unbearable if I touch smoothly too
