Right eye blurring vision
I have sphenoid wing meningioma that measured 4.9cm×5.6cm×5.6cm and shows extention to right parasellar region,sphenoid sinus & posterior ethmoid sinus.and it effects my right eye vision.right eye colour vision is defective.i have no other symptoms found except blurring vision in right eye & pupil size quite larger than the left one.suggest me best

It needs craniotomy and microsurgical decompression.
Parasellar extension may indicate cavernous sinus invasion and ICA encasement, precluding total removal.
