Right eye + 0.25 and Left eye +1.50
In my office one if the eye care center conducted free eye check up, there I got the results like "Right eye + 0.25 and Left eye +1.50" and dont know they tested 3 times and got the same result. Is that anything serious and they asked us meet doctor in hospital.
Could you please explain me about eye sight and how I need to take care and suggestions as well. Attached the document for your reference.

It's not a serious issue,You have to just get your refraction done. Please consult an ophthalmologist nearby.

You need a dilated refraction to get a final glass prescription.
It is not serious but using best corrected glasses is the only treatment.
The condition is called amblyopia and is only treatable with glasses. Take care
