My husband is having right chest pain, shortness of breathe and pleural effusion. He also had fever few days back. Could it be TB or what are the other possibilities?

Hello.. Well the symptoms you are explained is because if the effusion...I cannot comment about the cause unless I see the olkeural fluid analysis reports ..which will tell yes whether it's pathological or what and the infection ...we need to examine him. .thank you
