Dear Sir My wife age 26 yrs. She is suffering back pen shoulder towards right side. Yesterday the pain is so much she could not sleep.

Rt sided pain in lower back and radiating to shoulder this is something very vague . You should consult a surgeon. It could either be a gall bladder or kidney problem . Please don't wait at home
