Right back muscular pain in waistline

Asked for Female, 37 Years

My gynaecologist has suggested to take serten SR 300 mg as after three cycles I was not able to conceive, i started the medicine last night only and found back right waistline pain since morning. Plz advice if it os a side effect of this medicine? What is the remedy?
