Right abdomen pain
I do have grade 1 fatty liver some times i feel nausea and loss of appetite am i having a cancer ?
And i did whole abdomen usg but i couldnt find appendix report ,what does it fall under ?

You have kidney stones and that's the cause of your pain.
Appendix is usually not visualised on USG until it's swollen.
And God help you, what makes you suspect cancer?
