Right abdomen pain during lying or sleep

Asked for Male, 59 Years

In ultrasound liver enlarged, symptoms, that is upper right abdomen pain from last 18 months occasionally, but now pain occurred during lying or sleeping maximum at morning time but almost normal after leaving bed, no pain during day time, no fever, or other symptoms seem. Kindly advise.
