I have been a patient of ankylosing spondylitis for past 6 years. These days I am having a flare up with sharp pressure like pain near left rib on front side. It gets worsen upon lying and reduces upon standing and sitting and feels like a heart attack.
Flare up started once I started bending down for certain activities. I have been taking ayurvedic and homeopathy but currently not on any treatment for past 1 year.
