I am using HCQS 200 medicine as per the doctor prescription, but currently that medicine is not available in nearby pharmacies, can we use HCQS 300 as it is available in one pharmacy? If yes please suggest what frequency we can follow?

Hello dear , don’t worry u can take HCQ 300mg daily till u don’t get 200mg as it is prescribed upto 400mg in some patient of rheumatoid arthritis & other autoimmune diseases. Don’t skip ur dosage because of non availability to 200mg ,otherwise u may have flare up of symptoms. As soon as u get 200mg u can start reducing it again

Yes they are both the same medicines. Just strength is different. Divide 2 tablets (300 mgX2=600 mg) into three parts (600mg/3=200 mg), which is ur required dose. U can confirm with ur attending physician over phone.
