My mother has been treating for cholesterol in the past. She had a sharp pain and swelling in the ankle. Then afterwards she had been tested for
uric acid and found high levels. Since last six months she has been complaining for pain in lower neck area that pain passes through shoulder and ends at fingers in her right arm. Her two fingers got swollen badly now and she can't even move those fingers due to sharp pain. I ran few tests last week and reports show that her uric acid is in normal range. But
TSH levels are high. We are confused is it because of gout, rheumatoid arthritis or psoriatic arthritis or cervical pain or cholesterol? Whenever we trying to give massage on her paining neck and shoulder area she starts burping as we press the area. I don't know which specialist to look for? Cervical or cholesterol or uric acid or arthritis? What are the reasons for her pain in neck to fingers and ankles sometimes.
