Rhemetoid Arthritis
My mom is 65 years old ..she is having rhemetoid Arthritis...we did her MRI n consulted Dr told us the knee is nt damged tht mch...she must do yoga on regular basis to make her knee again movable...she can't walk too mch nor can bend her knee...plz suggest me some yoga exercises which can help her to recover fully
