Hi my Mom suffers with Retinitis Pigmentosa does it have any cure, because where ever we concept they saw their is no cure for it, I really need help on this aspect

Retinitis pigmentosa is an inherited degenerative eye disease that causes gradual vision loss. Symptoms include decreased vision at night or in low light and loss of side vision (tunnel vision). Treatment include gene therapy, stem cell therapy and visual prothesis but all these methods have their own limitations.
