Retinal laser can be done anytime during pregnancy and is safe post natally as well.
Only factor being a problem here is stress/ mild pain caused during procedure, which is usually considered mild.
Refractive surgery like ICLs must be avoided till 9 months post pregnancy, because of slight change in eye structures during and till sometime after pregnancy.

Ideally,laser eye surgery and phakic lens should be avoided 6-12 months before and after child birth.
Other wise u can absolutely go ahead with it,provided your spectacle correction did not fluctuate during your pregnancy.in 10-15%. Females ,spectacle correction temporary increases during pregnancy and then returns back to normal in 6-9 months.consult a good refractive surgeon for the same.

Weaning starts when the baby is 5to 6 months old and one must stop breast feeding by the time the child is one year old..may be 1 or 2months either side.and this is the tome when you must 1st get laser for retina and then icl.
