  4. Retained tissue. Shd i worry?

I had a surgical abortion at 4weeks and went for ultra sound 3weeks after. Was told that I had some little fluid and the Dr insisted I had it removed. The way he insisted scared me because he was telling me that's Wat I get for having an illegal abortion. I left and decided to check in the internet. I have no pain or discharge. I didnt get complications after the abortion too. Am in the fourth week and no period yet. Shd I worry?

Get a transvaginal scan done and take a second opinion. In case there is some retained tissue, it may need removal
