Retained product of conception
My friend had an medical abortion on 14th may. After 3 week done ultra sound and found 0.9ml of Retained product of conception. After that took misoprostol asper doc advice. And again done ultra sound still 0.6ml is retained in fundal region. No vascularity in ultra sound. Please advice what to do. Can be wait till next period or need other treatment. Please advice.
