Asked for Male, 29 Years

Dear Dr, I m 29 yr old, last 3 months breathing problems but checking for MD Doctor so all treatment i.e. Trot T, lipid profile, ECG,stress test, 2d eco,pelvises sonography, chest x-ray, BP all test are normal conditions. But Dr saying u r is absolutely normal but contu.breath problem pls suggest proper Dr and test.

Maybe be due to gastro esophageal reflux disease...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Stress may make your gastritis symptoms worse...Stress may be hard to avoid, but you can learn to cope with it. If you have trouble relaxing, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..take over the counter medications with above..if no improvements consult pulmonologist for pulmonary function tests and specific treatment
