I am 40 year old, 18 weeks pregnant.My Nt scan is normal  and double marker results show low risk.Shall I also go for NIPT testing?My growth scans are also normal however the femur length seems to be lagging by one in guide how I proceed.

Please wait for another 4-5 weeks. Get your Quad test done. After that you should decide whether you need NIPT or not.

Both dual test n nipt are screening test Nipt has better sensitivity though So if once screening test is negative no point doing another screening test
