My 6 yrs daughter is suffering from cough anl cold(saldi), i m giving her alocet xl cough syrup but now i m in other area where i m not getting that medicine in that city please suggest me some alternative medicine for my daughter. Thank you

If the problem is mild,just give her steam inhalations 3-4 times a day,and paracetamol for fever. If severe,consult nearest paediatrician.
