Hi, i have a serious problem with my penis size. It tends to be very small when flacid and when erect its girth is abnormal. Ive proven this by wearing a condom and doesnt fit well. I think its below average. This is a problem when it comes to relationships as i kbow i cannot perform well. I also think my testosterone levels are below normal as i lsck confidence. Is there a silution to this problem. I really need help
