I am currently having a vaginal discharge with a foul odor. And now, even I'm on pills, I am having a bleeding. I also noticed a bald patch on my left head near my ears, i dont know if this is just because of my shampoo. I am currently confused now.

If you hv foul smelling vaginal discharge then you are having vaginal infection..
You need to get yourself examined by a gynaecologist and accordingly further treatment can be given.
