Report confirmation. What does it mean?

Please tell me about mri report, it is written t2/ flair hyper intensity in  right sphenoid sinus likely polyp am scared of this please tell me about this Actually am 30 years old and am smoker , non diabetic and non hypertensive with normal lipids, but was having chest pain from two years all reports were normal but I was not satisfied so yesterday that is on Saturday I underwent conventional angiography which was normal later in evening I smoked ciggerate,after smoking I felt giddiness and numbness in upper lip so I checked blood pressure it was normal so today that is on Sunday I underwent MRI brain , neurologist,gp and radiologist said normal but am still worried of that t2/ flair hyper intensity in right sphenoid sinus so please help me what does it mean Thank you
