Hi am having chest pain from past two years I underwent number of ECGs,echos,and tmts but am not satisfied so I underwent ct coronary angiography which showed normal coronaries with 0 calcium score,but still am having and again I underwent ECGs and echos and tmt but no improvement in pain so again I took ECG which is showing sinus tachycardia otherwise normal ECG, am worried of it please tell me about my ECG and what will be the reason of my pain??
