Ultrasound report says,
Liver: parenchymal ecotexure is increased
GB: minimally distended and shows two calculi, largest app measuring 11mm.
Prostate: Enlarged in size measuring 21cc.
Impression:
1.F/S/O Appendicitis
2.Grade1 fatty liver
3. Cholelithiasis
4. Grade 1 prostatomegaly.

though u have many problems. My advice is to address the problem which is troubling u at present. many of the issues u mentioned need only observation.
