Asked for Female, 25 Years

I'm pregnant with twins completed my 5 months.. My LMP is 25 dec 2019. Anomaly scan is done.. 1st t.t inj is taken in 4 month. I'm taking medicine like folic acid, iron, calcium, vitD, thyroid 25mcg,.. Now I hv weakness, back pain, bottom leg pain, lack of sleeping in night, tummy pain sometimes, minor vigenal spotting sometimes, and nipple discharge also.. Breathing problems, plz suggest me precautions .. I want to treat with u.. Thnks..
