My age is 60 female I have mitral heart valve problem last 6 year then problem is created repeatedly low himoglobin.

You need to send more information about the problem.. usually mitral valve problems will not cause low hemoglobin...unless it's a side effect of blood thinners and there is bleeding from somewhere...so need more information and complete history details withstand reports to give proper advice
