Repetitive Headache
A Constant headache in the evening for the past 4 days. Mostly around the forehead and back of the head just where the neck and head meet. Work involves mostly sitting and using laptop or surfing through the phone.

Hello there. i can understand your concern. i would want to know if you have got your eyes checked? if yes, then when was it? usually in this type of headache we have to rule out eye sight problems first then explore other causes. so i would encourage you to get your eyes checked out by a ophthalmologist for power and get your spectacles done according to the prescription. if you are already using spectacles, i would recommend getting your sight checked again for any change of power. too much time in front of any screen can cause fatigue of the eye ball muscles leading to headache. therefore take frequent breaks from work and give your eyes rest. if everything is fine with the eye, consult a general physician for further examination and treatment.
