My 2 year old daughter have fever since 4 days. I am giving her maftol syrup but fever is coming repeatedly after 3 to 4 hours. What should I do??

Good evening, If the fever is coming from 4 days , then you should  consider visiting a pediatrician nearby and get the  investigation done.
