This looks like Recurrent aphthous
The treatment of chronic recurrent oral aphthous ulcers is symptomatic, mainly with topically applied agents. It is tailored to the severity of the problem in the individual case, i.e., the frequency of ulcers, the intensity of pain, and the responsiveness of the lesions to treatment. Effective treatment relieves pain, lessens functional impairment ie eating, drinking and speaking, and lowers the frequency and severity of recurrences.
Next Steps
it could be triggered by a lot of problems like iron deficiency anemia, neutropenia, and folic acid or vitamin B12 deficiency, as well as a selective vitamin B12 resorption defect. you need blood examination done. it could also be caused by unhealthy lifestyle or gastric issues
