Repeated cold and cough
My 4 year old catches cold very quickly.During winters,he feels ok after 3 to 4 days cold cycle and the very next week again catches cold.He suffers disturbed sleep at night.Chest also wheeze some times during night. But at day time,no problem at all.no fever.i hav NVR treated him with antibiotics but some times nebulize with saline or asthalin.Also give Dabur honours.Is this is major concern or it's normal issue with kids.

This could be due to allergy,rather than infection.
Keep your house dust,smoke and fume free.
Give him just steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
Do NOT use nebulizer,unless advised by your paediatrician after examining the chest.
