Dear doctor
My wife been tested covid positive on 5th May, only on day one she had fever 100f, headache, body pain and throat pain gradually fever, body pain and headache reduced on 2nd day but she has cough and mild pain over chest.
Should I need to go for any HRCT scan, kindly suggest

Monitor her saturation level. If there’s any worsening of saturation then only need a CT chest after a week of illness.
