Yes, this is completely normal. What you are referring to is often called female ejaculation or squirting, but not all women experience it. In fact, many women only have vagina lubrication which is normal response key points 1-vagina, vagina lubrication is the primary and natural arousal response 2-fluid release from urethra varies from person to person 3-not having it does not mean anything wrong So your bodies response is perfectly normal and healthy

Namastey Not all women release fluid from the urethral area during sexual activity. What you are referring to is commonly known as female ejaculation or “squirting,” which involves fluid release from glands near the urethra, such as the Skene's glands. However, this phenomenon varies greatly among individuals. Many women experience only vaginal lubrication, which is produced naturally during arousal and is the most common and physiologically important response for comfortable intercourse. The absence of urethral fluid release does not indicate any problem, deficiency, or dysfunction. It is simply a variation in sexual response. Sexual satisfaction depends on multiple factors—emotional comfort, stimulation, hormonal balance, and relaxation—not on whether a particular type of fluid is released. So medically, your response pattern is considered completely healthy.
Next Steps
At this stage, no intervention is required, as your body is responding normally. The focus should be on understanding your own comfort, preferences, and arousal patterns rather than comparing with others or information from external sources. If you ever feel concerns related to satisfaction, arousal, or discomfort, a guided and personalized consultation can help you better understand your body and improve overall sexual wellness in a holistic manner. Health Tips
Maintain good intimate hygiene and ensure adequate hydration, as both support natural lubrication. Emotional well-being and relaxation also play a major role in sexual response, so reducing stress and maintaining a healthy relationship dynamic can enhance overall experience. Avoid overthinking or self-judgment regarding sexual responses—every individual’s body is unique. Focus on comfort, communication, and natural arousal rather than specific expectations, and this will help you achieve a more satisfying and stress-free experience. Thank You
