Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hi doctor.. I m 28 years old.. My problem is related to my size of penis(2.3inch without eract & 3.8 inch with eract).. Most of tym when I thought about doing sex.. I shame with myself in front of lady.. So plz give me proper suggestions for the same.
