Hi ,
My gf has missed her periods by almost 6 days and today she did pregnancy test in the evening using i can and its showed the negative result... But i want to ask how much sure is that she is not pregnant ? Is this test reliable ? Moreover , its about 1 week that she missed her periods so is there enough hcg in her urine to tell the right answer?

Yes you cn do a beta hcg blood test to confirm if she s pregnant or not.
If she has already missed her periods then definitely hcg will confirm if she is pregnant or not
