Related to PCOS
I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2020. My only symptom was the absence of periods for one month . I took medicine prescribed by the gyn for 21 days, my periods came. After that , I made lifestyle changes, my periods haven't been missed since then. My ultrasound report(shared below) is showing PCOS . I don't have acne issues, my weight hasn't increased, I have a little bit of hair fall due to dandruff, and my periods come on time, no heavy bleeding but the first day is always a little painful. I have not done any exercise or yoga since last year. Please check my report and tell should I visit a gynaecologist or if doing exercise will help me with it.? PS- An Ultrasound was done yesterday to check the kidney stones.

This sonography report says you have pcos, no kidney stones. If you get your periods regularly then no need for any treatment. Just continue Lifestyle modifications. If you have symptoms then consult.
