Proper history is needed to diagnosis.. I would suggest you to go for abdominal scan to rule out kidney stones.. In case of calculi pain may radiates from loin to groin.. If there is some other cause also u vl get to know thru scan. With report u consult near by Ayurveda doctor for treatments
