My mother is 55 yrs old. She took first dose of covishield  vaccine before 45 days. But she hav covid symptoms itchy throat , had low grade fever before 4 days, body ache, headache and slight cough . Which test is best for covid antibody test or RTPCR? .because RTPCR can give false negative result. Which test should be done? Can first dose provide immunity againts covid. In past she had covid infection.
