Related ectopic pregancy. Pregancy.

Me and my partner had an Intercourse on Jan 27 My period before this was on 14 Jan and the next month it came on Feb 16 evening it was just a drop and then nxt day early mrng also I had just drops of bleeding and from mid mrng 11 am I had my periods as usual for 2 days since I was doubtful I did urine pregancy test which was negative and then did a beta hcg test which was <0.200 on Feb 17 and again I.did it on Feb 20 which was also <0.200 Then my periods nxt came on March 16 similarly just drops of bleeding in early morning and then it continued as a normal period from 10 am but on March 20 I  had a spotting which I will attach in this then.from that day I having right side lower pelvic pain which is radiating towards lower back of right side and my right side shoulder and neck is also aching . And from yesterday gas is forming in stomach Is this related to ectopic pregancy.
