Well there's no problem in conceiving during post vaccination period but changes in body temperature can prevent it.. it better to wait for next month. Also few gynecologist also recommends it

You can definitely plan baby even after getting vaccinated.. There is no contraindication for conceiving post covid 19 vaccination.
