Regular periods but have mild pcos.

Hello doctor, I have regular periods.married for 3years.now trying to conceive from six months.i have done all tests like hsg- tubes are open,harmonal tests like fsh-7.34,lh-9.16,amh-9.28,estrodial-57.32,prolactin-26.32,tsh-2.98 on 3rd day. i had hypothyroidism earlier using thyronorm 50mcg controlled me.i have done follicular scanning every month for 3months.the problem is my cycle is 29days and im having ovulation around 16-19 between(confirmed after rupture follicle scan) Now my doc said i have mild pcos after seeing amh value as 9.28 .she didnt found any cysts in my ovaries in follcile scan. My husband semen analysis is normal. I have done this month ovulation induction and my egg size during ovulation is 25*22mm and Endometrium thickness is 9.8mm .but this month also I got period. What are the chances of getting pregnant naturally? I shocked that Im having regular periods on time but have mild pcos ? Does loosing weight helps me in getting pregnant?could you please provide diet
