I'm suffering from regular Heavy backpain (lower) since last 2 years.
I've taken Tab. CALCIUM & Brufen to reduce the pain but there is no any effect of medication.
Plz advice some medicines or exercise or else.
I'm really in trouble.
No any accident /incident or fracture of bones.

Try Ball exercises for the points where the pain is intact.
Keep the ball over the muscle, and press on it - hold it for 10-15 seconds and release.
Repeat the same thing for othe points.

Have you undergone any investigation like x ray or MRI?
To rule out the cause is the first thing u have to do.
Exercises and medicines without proper diagnosis will give only symptomatic relief.

if pain is still persistent then stop the pain killers, that will effect your kidney and stomach. and consult physiotherapist or orthopedic doctor. they will assess you and accordingly treatment will be executed, and better to go for MRI lumbar spine. and check your vitamin B12 and D3 level.
