I am getting my periods delayed every month and painful (1-2 days) periods. I don't have any prominent health issues. Have checked my thyroid level last year and it was normal then. It's been 11 days late for my periods and it still hasn't happened. What should I do?

Hii...the symptoms which your telling mostly happens in endometriosis/ adenomyosis..I need to know since how long this is happening and thyroid has no relation to this...for further consultation and understanding u can contact me for further consultation...and plz get an USG of iters and ovaries for urself
